Atlanta Falcons tight end Kyle Pitts is on track to play in Sunday's Week 6 meeting with the San Francisco 49ers after missing last week with a hamstring injury, a source told Jordan Schultz, theScore's NFL insider.
Pitts, 22, was listed as questionable for the contest after being a limited participant in practice all week.
Selected fourth overall by Atlanta in 2021, Pitts earned a Pro Bowl nod after eclipsing 1,000 receiving yards as a rookie last season. He's struggled to sustain that production in 2022, however, catching only 10 passes for 150 yards so far.
The 2-3 Falcons are coming off a Week 5 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
