49ers' Mitchell suffers knee injury in loss to Bears

San Francisco 49ers running back Elijah Mitchell didn't finish Sunday's 19-10 loss to the Chicago Bears due to a knee injury.
Mitchell tallied 41 yards on six carries before exiting. Jeff Wilson Jr. is next up on the 49ers' depth chart. Wide receiver Deebo Samuel also contributed in the backfield, running in the team's first score of the game.
A sixth-round pick in 2021, Mitchell accumulated 963 yards and five rushing touchdowns in his rookie campaign.
