The Kansas City Chiefs sent wide receiver Tyreek Hill and six other players to the COVID-19 list Tuesday, according to ESPN's Field Yates.

Cornerback Rashad Fenton, tight end Blake Bell, linebacker Nick Bolton, guard Kyle Long, offensive tackle Lucas Niang, and cornerback Armani Watts will join Hill. Tight end Travis Kelce and kicker Harrison Butker were already on the reserve.

Kansas City has apparently become the NFL's coronavirus hotspot ahead of Week 16, with one source describing the situation to Schefter as "a mess." The Chiefs are scheduled to face the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday.

Hill ranks fifth in the NFL in receiving with 1,178 yards and nine touchdowns. Kelce isn't far behind with 1,066 yards and seven touchdowns. Mecole Hardman is the only other pass-catcher on the team with 500 yards.

Kansas City has won seven in a row and owns the best record in the AFC at 10-4.
