Perez, who said in the video that Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes is the best, had to wear the uniform after losing a Super Bowl bet to Tampa Bay Rays outfielder and Florida native Brett Phillips. The two are former Royals teammates.
Brady joined in on the fun Tuesday with a friendly jab at Perez and Kansas City:
Nahhh I think actions always speak louder than words 😉 https://t.co/OkilMGgwN5

Meanwhile, Mahomes, who's a part owner of the Royals, took a shot at Brady in response:
I guess we will see in 20 years... 🤷🏽♂️😎 https://t.co/CnndcM9ihj

The Buccaneers defeated the Chiefs to win the Super Bowl in February. Brady collected his seventh title in the victory, while Mahomes has one to his name.
