The Denver Broncos have signed left tackle Garett Bolles to a four-year contract extension, the club announced Saturday, according to team writer Aric DiLalla.
Bolles' new deal is worth $68 million, a source told Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
The former 2017 first-rounder had a rough start to his NFL career. Denver declined the fifth-year option on Bolles' rookie contract after he allowed 14 sacks over his first three pro campaigns.
However, the 28-year-old has bounced back this season. Bolles has yet to allow a sack in 2020 and is the league's highest-graded offensive tackle, according to PFF.
David Bakhtiari of the Green Bay Packers is currently the NFL's highest-paid left tackle at $23 million in annual average salary, per Spotrac.
