The New Orleans Saints' latest round of COVID-19 testing on Friday yielded no new positive cases, and their game Sunday against the Carolina Panthers remains as scheduled, a source told NFL Network's Tom Pelissero.

The Saints were potentially at risk after wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders tested positive for the virus. The veteran wideout was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list on Friday.

Sanders will miss Week 7, and his absence means New Orleans will be without its top two wideouts versus the Panthers. Michael Thomas is reportedly unlikely to play after injuring his hamstring in practice.

Approximately 20 individuals on the team who were around Sanders were tested following the initial results.

There were also no new positives revealed following the Las Vegas Raiders' latest round of testing on Friday.
