If you're going to call Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes "Pat," expect to hear from his mother.

Mahomes' mom, Randi, took to Twitter during the Chiefs' Week 3 victory over the Baltimore Ravens to express her annoyance over Monday Night Football analyst Louis Riddick shortening her son's name.

Riddick later apologized after learning about Randi's tweet.

"Guilty, guilty, guilty," Riddick said during the fourth quarter. "I apologize, Patrick."

Mahomes completed 31 of 42 passes for 385 yards and four touchdowns while also rushing four times for 26 yards and another score, leading the Chiefs to a 34-20 win.
