Mahomes' mom to MNF announcer: 'Stop calling my son Pat'
If you're going to call Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes "Pat," expect to hear from his mother.
Mahomes' mom, Randi, took to Twitter during the Chiefs' Week 3 victory over the Baltimore Ravens to express her annoyance over Monday Night Football analyst Louis Riddick shortening her son's name.
If this announcer doesn’t stop calling my son Pat.. ugh i may scream... lol #help @ESPNNFL @espn

Riddick later apologized after learning about Randi's tweet.
"Guilty, guilty, guilty," Riddick said during the fourth quarter. "I apologize, Patrick."
