The Miami Dolphins announced Monday the firing of offensive coordinator Chad O'Shea after one season.
O'Shea's scoring unit ranked 27th in 2019, averaging 310 yards per game despite a late-season surge.
Prior to Miami hiring him, the 47-year-old spent 10 seasons with the New England Patriots as their wide receivers coach. O'Shea joined the Dolphins' coaching staff after Brian Flores was named head coach earlier this year.
Miami also moved on from safeties coach Tony Oden and offensive line coach Dave Deguglielmo following a 5-11 season.
