It appears Daniel Jones' high ankle sprain will keep him out of the lineup beyond Monday night's game.

The New York Giants quarterback is expected to miss two-to-four weeks with the injury, sources told NFL Network's Ian Rapoport and Mike Garafolo.

The rookie was already ruled out of New York's Week 14 tilt with the Philadelphia Eagles, as Eli Manning will get his first start since Week 2.

Jones, who was selected sixth overall in this year's draft, replaced Manning prior to Week 3. He won his first two games before losing eight straight.

The Giants will face the Miami Dolphins in Week 15 before a road date with the Washington Redskins.
