Rams' Cooks, Havenstein to miss Week 11, Allen out for season
Los Angeles Rams receiver Brandin Cooks and right tackle Rob Havenstein won't play in the team's Week 11 game versus the Chicago Bears, head coach Sean McVay announced Monday.
Cooks will miss his second straight game as he recovers from a concussion, while Havenstein could be out for multiple weeks with a meniscus injury.
Additionally, starting center Brian Allen will miss the remainder of the season with an MCL injury, McVay said.
Cooks visited a specialist in Pittsburgh after suffering his second concussion of October. The 26-year-old suffered three known concussions prior to this campaign.
Austin Corbett will likely enter the starting lineup with Allen out, moving guard Austin Blythe to center.
McVay's offense struggled in a Week 10 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers due in large part to inconsistencies along the offensive line.
