Former Los Angeles Rams left guard Rodger Saffold intends to take a four-year, $44-million deal with the Tennessee Titans, a source told Adam Schefter of ESPN.

The contract reportedly includes $22.5 million guaranteed.

Saffold will slot in beside tackle Taylor Lewan on the Titans' offensive line, giving them one of the top left sides in the NFL. He'll replace Quinton Spain, who's a free agent.

The 30-year-old entered the league with the Rams and spent his first nine seasons with the franchise. He battled inconsistencies at tackle early in his career but has thrived since becoming a full-time guard.
