2019 NFL Draft order set for non-playoff teams

The Arizona Cardinals can consider themselves on the clock.

With an NFL-worst 3-13 record, the Cardinals earned their pick of the incoming rookie class on April 25 in Nashville.

The San Francisco 49ers will pick next, followed by the New York Jets, Oakland Raiders, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers rounding out the top five selections.

The order is determined by record, with strength of schedule as a tiebreaker.
