The NFL is considering three separate Kareem Hunt off-field incidents as it works toward a final decision on disciplining the former Kansas City Chiefs running back, sources told ESPN's Dan Graziano.

Hunt's discipline is likely to be a multi-game suspension that stretches into next season, Graziano added.

The second-year rusher was waived by the Chiefs after a video surfaced that showed him kicking a woman during a hotel fight in February. He went unclaimed on waivers.

The other incidents involving Hunt were a nightclub beating in January and an altercation at an Ohio resort in June. The league previously questioned him regarding the latter situation, but it was apparently unaware of the former until this week.

Hunt remains on the commissioner's exempt list for the time being, and it's unknown when the NFL will reach a decision on his punishment.
