The New Orleans Saints are expected to be without first-round pass-rusher Marcus Davenport for around a month due to a toe injury, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports.

The Saints will then reassess the defensive end's status moving forward.

Davenport was seen in a walking boot after the team's win on Sunday over the Minnesota Vikings, a game in which he racked up two of his three sacks this season.

The rookie's injury comes at a bad time for the Saints, who play the undefeated Los Angeles Rams on Sunday before games against the Philadelphia Eagles, Cincinnati Bengals, and Atlanta Falcons.
