Vikings defensive tackle Linval Joseph is surprisingly fast for someone listed at 329 pounds, as demonstrated by his 64-yard fumble recovery for a touchdown in Minnesota's Week 5 win over the Philadelphia Eagles.

EA Sports responded accordingly, boosting Joseph's speed rating in Madden 19 by 12 points to an 80. That puts him in a tie with Fletcher Cox for the third-fastest defensive tackle in the game, according to Courtney Cronin of ESPN.

Joseph reached a max speed of 18.2 miles per hour on the touchdown run, per NFL Next Gen Stats.

"I'm not slow," Joseph said. "I know I might be big, but I'm really not slow. Even when I ran the 400 and 200 (meter relay in high school), I didn't get first, but I didn't get last. I always made points for our team. I like running. Running is fun."
