Some NFL players don't hate fantasy football. In fact, one is looking to make a buck off the business.
San Francisco 49ers cornerback Richard Sherman has entered the daily fantasy sports industry, co-founding a site called Daily Number.
"I've been pitched numerous DFS opportunities, but nothing has even come close to comparing to Daily Number," Sherman said in a release obtained by ESPN's David Purdum. "I'm extremely excited to be a founding partner and look forward to playing an active role in helping the company grow during this very dynamic time in our industry."
The game will initially be available to IOS users in 23 states where fantasy sports betting has been legalized.
