The Denver Broncos made one of the biggest splashes in April's NFL draft, selecting pass-rusher Bradley Chubb No. 5 overall, passing on a quarterback in the process.
Widely praised as one of the top prospects in his class, Chubb is already impressing his teammates, leading to noteworthy comparisons.
"Oh, man, (Chubb) has all the tools," Broncos cornerback Chris Harris Jr. told Alex Marvez and Gil Brandt on SiriusXM NFL Radio Wednesday. "He kind of looks like a young Khalil Mack. Big, he's around 280 (lbs), around there. He can move, so I see him being all over the field. I think he'll start. He’s been able to be that big of an impact player in OTAs, so I think he'll start next year across from Von (Miller), for sure."
Chubb was a productive edge-rusher at North Carolina State, accumulating 20 sacks and 44 tackles for loss over his last two collegiate campaigns.
With outside linebacker Shane Ray expected to miss the start of the 2018 regular season after a second wrist surgery, the rookie is expected to see a significant number of snaps early in his NFL career.
