Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver A.J. Green knows he made a mistake in a Week 9 fight with Jacksonville Jaguars cornerback Jalen Ramsey.
He's willing to pay the price, in the form a $42,000 fine levied by the league on Thursday, according to Geoff Hobson of the Bengals' team site.
Green won't be appealing the fine as acknowledgment of the mistake he made when retaliating to a series of shoves from Ramsey. He choked Ramsey and threw him to the ground before landing a series of punches on his helmet.
