New Orleans Saints cornerback P.J. Williams could be in serious trouble after taking a blow to the head against the New York Giants and needing a cart to be removed from the field.

Several players on both teams took a knee, looking very concerned for the fallen cornerback as paramedics stabilized his neck to be carted off. He was evaluated for a concussion once removed from the field.

Williams started for the Saints on Sunday. He missed all of his rookie season in 2015 with a torn hamstring.
