Miami quarterback D'Eriq King left Tuesday's Cheez-It Bowl against Oklahoma State in the second quarter due to an apparent right knee injury.
King wasn't able to walk on his own power while leaving the field and was helped to the locker room.

He was eventually ruled out for the remainder of the 37-34 loss, with the team describing his ailment as a "right leg injury," according to David Furones of the South Florida Sun-Sentinel.
King will be evaluated Wednesday, head coach Manny Diaz said postgame, according to Christy Chirinos of MiamiHurricanes.com.
The senior quarterback, who completed 10 of 13 pass attempts for 113 yards and one touchdown before being sidelined, suffered the injury on a 5-yard run that ended at Oklahoma State's 9-yard line. Junior N'Kosi Perry took over under center with Miami trailing 21-7.
King recently announced he's going to stay at Miami for the 2021 season. He's completed 63.5% of his pass attempts for 2,570 yards and 22 touchdowns against five interceptions through 10 games this year while rushing for 520 yards and four scores.
The signal-caller joined the Hurricanes in the offseason after spending the previous four campaigns at Houston.
King previously had a torn meniscus in his right knee with the Cougars in 2018.
