Watch: Players get tackled before scoring TD after tossing up peace sign
Two college football players tried to do their best impression of Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Tyreek Hill's peace sign before scoring a touchdown Saturday, but they forgot the scoring part.
Kentucky running back Asim Rose started to celebrate at the 25-yard line during what appeared to be an easy score, but he was tackled before crossing the goal line. Rose then failed to enter the end zone on the following play, and two plays later Ole Miss recovered his fumble.

Abilene Christian wide receiver Lionell McConnell also threw up the peace sign while running toward the end zone after finding an open lane against Army, but he was brought down before scoring too.
Not quite like @cheetah on this one 😅 pic.twitter.com/OcZAfUwmuI

Hill responded to the too-early celebration videos after the clips went viral on social media.
I see plenty guys getting tackled while chucking up the deuces , that’s a no bueno 🙂🙂

The Chiefs' speedster last did his signature celebration in the open field against the Denver Broncos in October 2019.
Is the peace sign ✌️ going to cost Tyreek Hill $10,527 like Aaron Jones’ wave 👋 cost him?pic.twitter.com/Bj8OkhAFfR

For anyone else, it's usually not a good idea to celebrate before the play is over.
