The five-star recruit is the No. 8 overall prospect on the ESPN 60 for 2023 and the Wolfpack's highest-ranked commit since Dennis Smith in 2016.
Dillingham chose NC State over Kentucky, Memphis, LSU, and Kansas.
The 6-foot-1 guard is highly regarded for his speed and shot-creating ability. He averaged 19.5 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 2.9 assists per game on the U16 Nike EYBL circuit last summer.
