The NBA has invited a select group of players to attend its annual draft combine, but no final decision has been made about a date, format, or location, or if a combine will even take place, a source told ESPN's Jonathan Givony.
The league is reportedly asking prospects to complete a questionnaire before July 31 and promises to provide more information regarding a potential combine "as those details become available."
In May, the Association was apparently weighing a virtual draft combine and had sent teams ballots to vote on the participating players.
Clubs have been limited to a maximum of four hours of virtual interview time with each prospect and can speak with a player for no more than two hours per week. However, teams can't request live virtual workouts from potential draftees.
The NBA draft lottery is currently scheduled for Aug. 25 and is traditionally followed by the combine shortly after. Both events were originally scheduled for May in Chicago but were postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
