Harmon won't reclassify to the 2020-21 school year, sources told CBS Sports' Jon Rothstein. The Benton, Kentucky, native is the 20th-ranked prospect on the ESPN 60 for 2021. His commitment could increase the Hilltoppers' chances of adding 7-foot forward Chet Holmgren, who's the second-ranked recruit in the 2021 class and has already received an offer from the program.
Harmon averaged 25.4 points per game and shot 44.3% from the field this past season at Marshall County High School. He was a member of Team USA's gold-medal winning squad at the 2017 FIBA Americas U16 Championship.
