VIDEO: LeBron mocks media, suggests eating banana means he'll 'slip' out of Cleveland

As drama and controversy (real or imagined) continue to burble out of Cleveland, an exasperated LeBron James can't help but succumb to his facetious side.

Poking fun at the ever-churning media machine that clings onto and picks apart his every action, James joked that even something as innocuous as eating a banana can be imbued with underlying intent, if one so chooses.

"Why are you eating a banana, LeBron?" he says, in his best approximation of a reporter's drawl. "Does that mean you gon' slip on a banana peel, outta Cleveland?"

Seems like a fair question to us.

Although, if bananas are truly what James craves, it's hard to imagine him finding them in greater abundance anywhere than the Cavs' locker room.
