PHOTO: NBA releases All-Star emojis

The NBA released a series of Twitter emojis representing All-Star players as well as TV broadcasters on Thursday, just ahead of All-Star weekend.

Corresponding emojis will show up when people use the hashtags for each player or TV personality.

Here's the set for the Eastern Conference All-Stars. The league's last-minute injury addition, Pau Gasol, might have gotten the short end of the stick.

Over in the West, Stephen Curry and Russell Westbrook apparently share the same base facial structure.

Even the broadcasters were honored with their own emojis.
