The Denver Nuggets signed sharpshooter Matt Janning to a non-guaranteed training camp deal, according to international basketball reporter David Pick.
The 27-year-old sharpshooting combo guard has played all over Europe since going undrafted in the 2010 draft. He signed a deal with the Phoenix Suns in 2010, but was cut before having a chance to make his debut.
Janning went on to play two seasons in the D-League, before logging time in Italy, Croatia, and, most recently, Turkey with Anadolu Efes, with whom he averaged 6.9 points in 21.6 minutes per game last season.
The Nuggets currently have 14 guaranteed contracts on their books for next season, which makes Janning a long shot to make their roster.
