Rashard Lewis will replace Udonis Haslem in the Heat's starting lineup in Game 4
Miami Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra really, really liked forward Rashard Lewis' zero-laden scoreline from Game 3.
In fact, Spoelstra liked it so much, he decided to replace forward Udonis Haslem with Lewis for Game 4.
Rashard Lewis in the starting lineup in place of Haslem. Total minutes that Chalmers-Wade-LeBron-Lewis-Bosh have played this postseason: 3.

Through 10 games played during the playoffs thus far, Lewis averaged 2.1 points and 1.8 rebounds per game. In comparison to Haslem, Lewis provides an upgrade in three-point shooting and quickness, while conceding toughness in the paint.
The addition of Lewis likely comes as a response to the start of Game 3, where the Heat were held to just 14 points in the first quarter. The main culprit was Haslem, as the Pacers elected to not guard him, thus allowing them to commit extra defenders to the ball which stymied the Heat's offense.
