Blake Griffin likes to dunk.
The Clippers power forward was presented with the perfect opportunity to do just that in the first quarter of Monday's game against the Phoenix Suns. Griffin had a free path to the basket, so he reached into his bag of tricks and pulled out Karl Malone's signature "Mailman" slam:
Griffin has taken control of the game early, scoring 22 points in the first quarter. Los Angeles leads 34-23.
The 22 points was a career high for Blake Griffin in a quarter. Previous high was 19.
