The Los Angeles Clippers signed free-agent forward Rui Hachimura to a two-year, $28-million contract, sources told ESPN's Shams Charania.
Hachimura joins the Clippers after spending the last three-and-a-half seasons with the Los Angeles Lakers.
The 6-foot-8 forward appeared to confirm the news on social media.

Hachimura, 28, has established himself as a versatile player capable of playing either forward role who can thrive both in transition and as a floor-stretching perimeter threat.
Last season, the Japanese-born seven-year NBA veteran averaged 11.5 points and 3.3 rebounds on 51.4% shooting in 68 regular-season contests.
Hachimura took his game to the next level as the Lakers dealt with injuries to Luka Doncic and Austin Reaves in the playoffs. He averaged 17.5 points on 54.9% shooting from the field and a blistering 56.9% clip from deep across 10 postseason outings.
