Philadelphia 76ers star Joel Embiid is available for Sunday's Game 4 clash against the Boston Celtics, the team announced prior to tipoff.

Embiid hasn't played since April 6 after undergoing surgery for appendicitis.

The seven-time All-Star has battled various injuries throughout the 2025-26 campaign. However, he remained productive when available, averaging 26.9 points, 7.7 boards, 3.9 assists, and 1.2 blocks across 38 appearances.

Adem Bona has started in Embiid's absence, with veteran big man Andre Drummond serving as the backup center.

Philadelphia trails the best-of-seven series 2-1 entering Sunday's pivotal matchup.
