The Boston Celtics might have help on the way.
After more than a month on the sidelines, veteran forward Gordon Hayward has been upgraded to "questionable" for Game 3 against the Miami Heat.
The 30-year-old suffered a Grade 3 right ankle sprain in the Celtics' opening playoff game against the Philadelphia 76ers on Aug. 17.
Hayward reclaimed his spot in the starting lineup with a bounce-back 2019-20 campaign, when he averaged 17.5 points, 6.7 boards, and 4.1 assists.
Boston is down 2-0 in the Eastern Conference final heading into Saturday's pivotal matchup.
