The Cleveland Cavaliers have a high price tag on Kevin Love.

Any trade offer for the power forward will require at least a mixture of draft picks and players, sources told Cleveland.com's Chris Fedor.

Love is earning $28.9 million in 2019-20, the first year of a four-year extension he signed with Cleveland in 2018. He's still set to receive more than $90 million for the duration of his contract after this season, per Spotrac. However, the Cavaliers refuse to simply move him as part of a salary dump, Fedor notes.

The 31-year-old seemed to be a likely trade candidate prior to the February deadline and he apparently preferred to join a contender. During a shootaround in January, Love reportedly lashed out at Cavaliers general manager Koby Altman, expressing his dissatisfaction with the team's current composition.

The Cavaliers were reportedly taking offers for the disgruntled veteran in December; Cleveland was said to be requesting a first-round pick in exchange.

Despite a difficult season for the Cavs in which they've lingered near the bottom of the standings, Love maintained his individual production, averaging 17.6 points, 9.8 rebounds, and 3.2 assists while hitting threes at a 37.4% clip.

In six seasons with the club since being traded from the Minnesota Timberwolves, Love has posted averages of 17.2 points, 10 rebounds, and 2.3 assists.
