Things were already looking dire for the Toronto Raptors in Game 2 against the Cleveland Cavaliers, but the needle on the concern meter just about broke off early in the second half when point guard Kyle Lowry went down with what looked like a serious injury.
Lowry came up clutching his lower leg after Norman Powell fell on top of him, and after writhing in pain, went straight to the locker room.
He returned to the game soon afterward, after the issue was diagnosed as an ankle sprain, but he looked noticeably hobbled, and left for good near the end of the third quarter after the Cavs turned the game into a rout.
