After dropping 27 points in the second half, Denver Nuggets shooting guard Jamal Murray was named MVP of Friday's Rising Stars Challenge.
The 19-year-old finished the game with a monster line, collecting 36 points on nine 3-pointers, while dropping 11 dimes in Team World's 150-141 victory.
Murray is the second Canadian to win MVP of the challenge, joining Minnesota Timberwolves shooting guard Andrew Wiggins, who took home honors in 2015.
After enduring a rough patch to start the new year, Murray has come alive over the last few weeks, averaging 12.3 points, 2.7 rebounds, and 1.4 assists in the month of February.
