Jefferson, who appears to do virtually everything on Snapchat now, played in 74 games for the world champs during the 2015-16 season. His start in Game 3 of the NBA Finals in place of Kevin Love paid off for the Cavs, as he was a key contributor in a 30-point win.
The 36-year-old 15-year NBA veteran has played for seven teams in his career.
