Bell finished second in the Bank of America 400 NASCAR Cup Series race at Charlotte Motor Speedway on Sunday afternoon.
Analysis:Bell would come from mid-pack on the starting grid to crack the Top 5 by the end of stage 1. He would remain among the leaders the rest of the way and lead 93 total laps in a pitched battle with Kyle Larson. The driver of the No. 20 Toyota would take the win in stage 2 and carry that good track position to lead late in this 400-mile race. Bell would battle with Chase Briscoe in the closing laps but his challenge would fall just a half-car length short at the checkered flag for the impressive runner-up finish.
