McGregor: 'I'm gonna kill them all' at 155 pounds

Fighting in his third different weight class in the UFC, Conor McGregor's goals remain the same.

"I'm gonna kill them all," McGregor said in the latest edition of his "Mac Life" YouTube series. And by "all," the reigning UFC featherweight champion is referring to the 155-pound roster, widely regarded as one of the deepest divisions in MMA.

McGregor challenges Eddie Alvarez for the lightweight title in the main event of UFC 205 on Nov. 12 in New York City, and the Irishman could make history by becoming the first fighter to hold two UFC belts simultaneously. Ever confident, McGregor isn't worried about Alvarez or the fact that he may have to give up one of his titles even if he is victorious. He's only concerned about what comes after.

"No. (Alvarez) just has the belt. That's it. That's the only reason he's there," said McGregor. "After, I'm going to be struggling to find who's next. Really? Who the f--- is next? Who has gone out there time and time again, back to back to back to back, putting it all on the line and continuing to show it?

"They all say I'm all talk, I look at them and say they're all talk because I'm the one in here fighting every week. I only had to fight my war against a guy two times the size of me. And now I'm back again and all I hear is complaining, bitching, moaning. If you want this money, if you want what I've got, you better put in the f---ing work and as far as I'm seeing, nobody is putting in the work."

A pair of fights at 170 pounds against Nate Diaz cemented McGregor as the biggest name in combat sports this year, though he has faced plenty of criticism from his peers for what is perceived to be favorable treatment from the UFC and the fact that he has yet to defend the featherweight championship that he won last December.

McGregor insists that his accolades and rewards were all earned on merit, and if any lightweights want to share in the wealth then they need to step up their game.

"Everyone's talking, everyone's thinking just because Conor has it I should have it," said McGregor. "No, no. I didn't always have it. There's a reason why I have it. I had to work my f---ing bollocks off to get it. And here I am still walking while they're talking."
