Bruin cancels out Piatti's solo strike to gift Sounders stoppage-time draw
The bell tolls on at Olympic Stadium ... until it does not.
The Montreal Impact settled for a 2-2 draw against the Seattle Sounders on Saturday night, Will Bruin scoring a last-gasp equalizer to cancel out an earlier counterattacking solo goal by Ignacio Piatti.
Bruin managed to get a foot on a loose ball bouncing around the box, which Evan Bush did not get to in time, tucking home in the 94th minute to give the Sounders a single point away from home and deny the Impact a first win.

It was, in truth, a bitter pill for Montreal fans to swallow as Piatti, who played provider for Matteo Mancosu's first-half goal, seemed to have secured the game-winning goal earlier in the second half. The Argentine winger burst down the Sounders' core from the middle of the park, bamboozling Roman Torres before unleashing a pinpoint strike past the outstretched frame of Stefan Frei.
It's the Nacho show.

The Sounders responded with a late penalty, before Bruin sealed the day with his first goal for his new club.
