PHOTO: Charlie Sheen ecstatic about Derek Holland's 'Wild Thing' haircut
Derek Holland was impressive Wednesday in his first start in the Texas Rangers rotation since April, pitching into the seventh inning and earning a win.
But what he also earned was some kind words from actor Charlie Sheen for sporting a "Wild Thing" haircut in his return.

Sheen famously played the role of Rick "Wild Thing" Vaughn in the 1989 baseball comedy "Major League" which featured a bunch of scrubs and no-name ball players turning the Cleveland Indians into a winning team.
Vaughn was notorious for the unique haircut, throwing heat, and his inability to hit the strike zone:
