Derek Jeter must be running out of space in his trophy case.

The legendary New York Yankees shortstop was back in the spotlight Wednesday night, receiving the Icon Award at the 2015 ESPYS.

The Captain was honored for his illustrious career, which included five World Series titles and 14 All-Star selections, with a tear-jerking montage.

Jeter accepted his ESPY from actor Ben Affleck, and took the podium to say a few words about retirement.

"I've had a special relationship with the fans and my teammates over the last 20 years, but in retirement I've come to realize that being a part of the larger community of sports is a gift - and more importantly it's an honor," Jeter said. "You've inspired me for years, and you continue to inspire me."
