VIDEO: George Springer slams into outfield wall with sliding catch

The Houston Astros are stealing the headlines these days, and George Springer is robbing all the home runs.
Springer added to his highlight-reel portfolio Monday by putting his body on the line for a spectacular catch in foul territory during the sixth inning of the Astros' series opener against the Texas Rangers. The catch helped the Astros escape a leadoff double by Rangers outfielder Delino Deshields and preserved Houston's 1-0 lead.

Springer had already earned early consideration for catch of the year when he robbed Leonys Martin of a potential walk-off grand slam in extra innings last month.
