Seattle Mariners right-hander Bryan Woo left Friday's 4-0 win over the Houston Astros after injuring himself while warming up before the sixth inning.

Woo was initially diagnosed with pectoral tightness. An MRI conducted Saturday showed minor inflammation, and the Mariners won't know if the right-hander will need a stint on the injured list for 24-48 hours, manager Dan Wilson said, according to Adam Jude of the Seattle Times.
Woo, who was pitching a one-hit shutout, departed with the Mariners leading 2-0. He was replaced by Eduard Bazardo, who threw two scoreless innings before Matt Brash and Andrés Muñoz completed the final two frames.
The 25-year-old Woo owns a 15-7 record and 2.94 ERA. He's pitched at least five innings in every start and has thrown six innings or more in 27 of his 30 outings this season.
The Mariners took sole possession of first place in the AL West with Friday's victory.
