The free-agent market for left-hander Blake Snell has reportedly included a number of teams, but only one of them has extended an offer to last season's National League Cy Young winner.

Snell reportedly received an offer for six years and $150 million from the New York Yankees. It's the only offer that Snell has received this offseason, a source told MLB.com's Mark Feinsand.

The 31-year-old pitcher reportedly said no to the deal because he wants a higher annual average value - at least $30 million - or a longer contract, per Feinsand. It's apparently widely believed Snell is also looking for a pact worth more than $200 million.

Snell, a two-time Cy Young winner, spent the past three seasons with the San Diego Padres. He authored a 2.25 ERA with 234 strikeouts in 180 innings last year.

The hurler has experience pitching in the AL East. He won the first of his two Cy Young with the Tampa Bay Rays in 2018, the best of his five seasons with the Rays.

Snell has been connected to the Yankees, as well as the Boston Red Sox, Los Angeles Angels, New York Mets, San Francisco Giants, and Toronto Blue Jays.

The Yankees recently signed right-hander Marcus Stroman to a two-year deal.
