The Toronto Blue Jays and right-handed reliever Yimi Garcia have agreed to a deal, a source told MLB Network's Jon Morosi.

It's a two-year, $11-million pact and includes a club option, according to TSN's Scott Mitchell.

Garcia should provide Toronto's bullpen with a veteran presence after it finished 16th in ERA and 20th in FIP last season. As it stands, Garcia is set to join closer Jordan Romano and setup men Tim Mayza and Adam Cimber in the back end for the Blue Jays.

The hard-throwing Garcia averaged a career-high 96 mph on his fastball last campaign while posting a 4-9 record with a 4.21 ERA and 15 saves between the Miami Marlins and Houston Astros in 2021.

Garcia owns a career 3.60 ERA, 4.14 FIP, and 17 saves over seven campaigns with the Marlins, Astros, and Los Angeles Dodgers.
