Fernando Rodney isn't ready to hang up his cleats.

The 43-year-old right-hander showcased himself to MLB clubs during a Dominican Winter League game Sunday, tossing a scoreless inning for Leones del Escogido.

Rodney hasn't appeared in the majors since 2019 when he recorded a 5.66 ERA and 4.28 FIP for the Oakland Athletics and Washington Nationals.

The 17-year veteran suited up for the Sugar Land Skeeters in 2020 before signing a minor-league deal with the Houston Astros last July. He pitched at the team's alternate training site until his release in September.

Rodney has appeared in a game for 11 teams over his MLB career, amassing 327 saves and 943 strikeouts in 933 innings.

The three-time All-Star has twice saved 48 games in a season, reaching the total in 2012 for the Tampa Bay Rays and 2014 for the Seattle Mariners.
