The San Francisco Giants and free-agent outfielder Gerardo Parra have come to an agreement on a minor-league deal, sources told MLB Network's Jon Heyman.
Parra's deal includes an invite to big-league spring training, a source told MLB Network's Jon Morosi.
The 31-year-old veteran out of Venezuela joins an outfield that lacks experience.

The Giants have been linked to free-agent superstar Bryce Harper, although their reported preference to offer the 2015 NL MVP a short-term deal may take them out of the running.
Parra, who joins the fifth team of his 10-year career, spent the past three seasons with the Colorado Rockies, hitting .283/.320/.407 over 359 games.
The two-time Gold Glove winner is an above-average defender, recording a plus-34 in defensive runs saved across more than 5,000 innings played in left field during his career, according to FanGraphs.
