Shelby Miller to see Dr. James Andrews about elbow injury

The outlook for Shelby Miller's elbow appears increasingly grim.
The Arizona Diamondbacks starter is set to see renowned Tommy John surgeon Dr. James Andrews for a third medical opinion on the injured joint, according to MLB.com's Steve Gilbert.
Miller received a second opinion on his right elbow Tuesday after being placed on the 10-day disabled list a day prior with what the team described as inflammation.
General manager Mike Hazen doesn't want to jump to conclusions about what's ailing the 26-year-old pitcher.
"I don't want to speculate," Hazen told Gilbert. "I want to get all the information first. Then we'll have more of a comment on it after that."
