The Cleveland Indians agree with Jose Bautista: the Toronto Blue Jays bats are definitely being kept quiet thanks to factors outside their control.
The outspoken Blue Jays slugger admitted Sunday he felt there were certain "circumstances" keeping his club down and out in the ALCS.
The team behind Cleveland's Twitter account solved the case pretty quickly, though:

Starters Corey Kluber and Josh Tomlin limited Toronto to just one run in the first two games of the ALCS, while relievers Andrew Miller and Cody Allen have combined for 13 strikeouts in a total of 5 2/3 innings in Games 1 and 2.
