Big Papi thanks White Sox for latest farewell gift
David Ortiz is being loaded up with gifts in his farewell tour and he received another cool present from the Chicago White Sox on Thursday.
Prior to the Boston Red Sox contest against the South Siders, Chicago ace Chris Sale presented Big Papi with a humidor of cigars featuring the stamped emblems of both the Red and White Sox.
After going two for four in the contest with an RBI, Ortiz took to social media to thank Sale and the entire White Sox organization for their gracious gesture.

The gift was another in a line of many that are sure to come his way.
Prior to receiving the cigars from the White Sox, the Houston Astros presented Ortiz with a commemorative cowboy hat on April 22.
